Our Team

Pro Karate Coventry is a family-run club that has proudly supported students since 2016, creating a fun, friendly, and welcoming environment for all ages and abilities.

We believe karate training should be enjoyable for everyone, which is why our classes include traditional wado-ryu, fighting and kumite drills and karate based games, helping develop important skills such as speed, coordination, reactions, balance, and confidence.

Whether it’s finding the courage to step onto the mat for the first time, learning self-defence, improving fitness, or competing on the world stage like our instructors Jory and Niamh, every student is encouraged to become the best version of themselves.

From beginners training once a week for fitness and fun, to elite athletes preparing for international competitions in Dubai, Germany, the Philippines or China - everyone has a home in our squad.
